Overview:
Variable Speed Controlled Fuel Pump, Round, In-line, Brushless, A1000-Series.
- VSC Brushless A1000 In-Line Fuel Pump
Aeromotive’s True Variable Speed Controller offers the advantages of built-in pump speed control via a dedicated 0-5V analog DC input signal. The Controller capitalizes on our existing brushless technology by reducing fuel flow during low engine demand and decreasing an already low current draw, therefore minimizing both motor heat the introduction of environmental via reduced fuel recycling.
EFI rated flow of 700 lbs./hr. @ 45 psi, 13.5 volts
Carb rated flow of 900 lbs./hr. @ 9 psi, 13.5 volts

- Requires straight 12-VDC to 16-VDC power supply.
- Not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers.
Application:
- Universal Fuel Pump
- Mounting: External
- To use this pump in your vehicle’s fuel system, you MUST do the following:
- Utilize a by-pass style fuel pressure regulator must be used in the system.
- Utilize AN-10 size high pressure fuel lines, fittings and o-rings for all connections from the fuel tank pickup to the fuel pump.
- Mount pump level with or lower than the bottom, and as close to the tank, as possible to ensure proper fuel pump performance and longevity.
- Install an Aeromotive P/N 12324 pre-filter and 12350 post filter.
- Install a reservoir sump in the bottom-rear of your fuel tank if you are using a stock fuel tank. Exercise extreme caution and follow all manufacturers’ recommendations when installing a reservoir sump.
- Tank/Fuel cell must have at least a ½” tank vent.
- Install a high flow capacity fuel tank pickup (9/16” to 5/8” inner tube diameter) if you choose not to install a reservoir sump. Installing pickup tube instead of a reservoir sump may shorten the fuel pump life and cause drivability problems. When using a fuel pickup, you should maintain at least ½ tank of fuel to avoid possible engine lean-out and/or fuel pump damage.
- Maximum continuous operating pressure should not exceed 70 psi.

FAQs
|Q. What is an Intermediate Brake Line?
|A. This is the line that runs from the front of the vehicle to the rear. On most vehicles it connects to a junction then you will have rear axle lines. On a few cars the intermediate lines will connect to the rear wheels. It is recommended to change the axle lines if you are replacing the intermediate lines.
|Q. What is included in a pre bent brake line kit?
|A. Our kits include all of the solid metal lines for that section of the vehicle
