Introducing the Residual Pressure Valve (SKU: RPV2), a vital component engineered to enhance the performance and responsiveness of your disc brake system. This valve maintains a consistent 2 psi of residual pressure in the brake lines, ensuring immediate brake engagement and reducing pedal travel by preventing fluid backflow and keeping the brake pads in optimal position.
Key Features:
-
Consistent Brake Pressure: Maintains 2 psi residual pressure in disc brake systems, ensuring prompt brake engagement and minimizing pedal travel.
-
Prevents Fluid Backflow: Functions as a one-way check valve, preventing brake fluid from returning to the master cylinder, which is essential when the master cylinder is mounted at or below the level of the brake calipers.
-
Enhanced Brake Responsiveness: Keeps brake pads close to the rotor, allowing for quicker response times during braking.
-
Durable Construction: Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy with a blue anodized finish for corrosion resistance and longevity.
-
Universal Compatibility: Suitable for various disc brake applications, making it an ideal choice for custom builds and brake conversions.

FAQs
|Q. What is an Intermediate Brake Line?
|A. This is the line that runs from the front of the vehicle to the rear. On most vehicles it connects to a junction then you will have rear axle lines.
